How to order flowers?
It is very easy to order flowers via www.interflora.org.tr. You can place your order by following these six simple steps.
- Select the region, country where your flower order to be delivered.
- Choose the flower product you wish from the selection of www.interflora.org.tr
- Choose the price and delivery date of the flower.
- Enter the complete delivery address, order details and do not forget your card message.
- Enter your personal information.
- Finally, confirm the order on the last screen. Your order will be forwarded to the nearest Interflora member florist for delivery.

Important Information
To process your order on time and without any delay, please make sure you give the neccesary details of the recipient’s address such as; for deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible (example: Norology wars, room no.15 ) .The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital. For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
Attention: Please advise your order number while your order related contact.
Attention: Never indicate your credit card number while sending order related e-mails.
Order Confirmation
For every order you placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes including your order number and detailed information of the purchased product. Delivery confirmation will not be sent unless there ise a problem with the delivery. We will contact you via the contacts given in case of any problem.

Delivery
Our unique worldwide flower delivery service executes your orders on time. Due to the various time zones & public business hours in individual countries, same day delivery on the date of your order can only be guaranteed under the following conditions:
- Same day delivery is guaranteed; if the order is placed untill 16:00 to Turkiye and untill 12:00 to abroad.
- We cannot guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons(after 13:00) or on Sundays and public holidays. Such orders will be delivered the next working day.
- Military bases, boats, sea ports or airports Campgrounds, are not guaranteed delivery addresses.
- The order can not be cancelled in case of refusal of the flower delivery by the recipient.
- Please contact us for your special orders.
- Your orders are under price, quality and in time guarantee of INTERFLORA.
- Your local flower orders are delivered by exclusive Interflora member shops. International flowes orders are forwarded to the related country and delivered by Interflora member of related country.
- Orders for Far East and Australia must be placed a day before the requested delivery date due to time difference.
- Delivery time is not guaranteed other than funeral and marriage ceremonies.
- Disagreement during the purchase is limited with the flower value. The customer undertakes this condition when purchasing.
- VAT and other delivery charges are included to the prices Extra delivery fee is requested for loca lor internatioal orders if the delivery address is farther than 15 km. to our nearest member shop.
- The order can be cancelled only if the selected item is not prepared yet. If the selected flower product is already prepared the order can not be cancelled.

Customer satisfaction is very important for our Interflora Member florists. Your orders are handled by our expert member florists, prepared with top quality, fresh flowers and materials and delivered by our member florists personally.

Your flower orders are forwarded to the nearest member florist with in a few minutes.
The deliveries are handled only by INTERFLORA member florists.
All your personal information required to process your order will be treated confidentially under security policy frame of INTERFLORA and will not be passed on to third parties.

Credit Card Problems
For your convenience, our system provides you with a Currency Converter and automaticaly updated exchange rates.
You can only pay with TL, USD and EURO currencies. Nevertheless, credit card companies apply different rates for Exchange and your credit card company’s rate applies to the payment.
Your credit card may not be approved due to several reasons.
The main reasons are:
- Unsufficient credit card limit
- Entering wrong Credit Card number
- Expiration of Credit Card
- Cancellation of the supplementary card by the main card holder
- Connection problems during approval process
- Reuse of the credit card with notification of loss
- Using ATM card as a payment tool
You must contact your the credit card provider bank for approval problems.
Technical Problems
You can get the best screen view with 1024x768 or more resolution.
